LAMC 2026 will be a fully in-person event. The registration fees are as follows, according to membership status and participant category.

The registration fee includes:
- Welcome kit
- Conference proceedings
- Access to all technical presentations
- Access to the industrial exhibition
- Two coffee breaks per day
- Lunch during the conference dates
- Welcome Reception on December 9
- Gala Dinner and Cultural Event on December 10
- Reduced accommodation rate, including breakfast, at the conference hotel
Paper Registration
A maximum of two papers may be covered by a single registration. Additional papers require a separate conference registration.
Please note that papers presented by students are considered regular papers for registration purposes.
Guest Badges
Guest badges are available for individuals accompanying a registered conference participant. They include:
- Access to the industrial exhibition
- Two coffee breaks per day
- Lunch during the conference dates
- Welcome Reception on December 9
- Gala Dinner and Cultural Event on December 10
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to the following address, specifying the registration to be cancelled: registrations@lamc-ieee.com
- Cancellations received before November 15, 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
- Cancellations received between November 15 and December 3, 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
- Cancellations received after December 3, 2026: registration fee will not be reimbursed resulting in 100% loss of the registration fee.
