Accepted Papers Submission
Instructions for Preparing and Submitting Final Papers
Authors whose papers were accepted for presentation at LAMC-2018 are required to prepare the final version of the paper. Final papers must adhere to the same format used for the initial paper submission and optionally can expand the final version of their papers by one additional page (4 pages in total length).
Authors of accepted papers should upload their final paper in PDF format via the LAMC 2018 paper submission website. The PDF file must be compliance with IEEE eXpress PDF format: for this purpose, authors can check the compliance or create the PDF file on the IEEE PDF eXpress site with the code 50424X as Conference ID.
The IEEE Xplore-compatible final paper must be uploaded via the EDAS system. Please check carefully the author information correctness and completeness when uploading the final paper (avoid typing special characters), since this information will be used directly to create the Conference Program booklet. Include also a brief biography of the presenting author (one short paragraph). Please proofread your pdf document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Authors are responsible for obtaining publication approval from their employer or sponsor prior to final submission. A copyright form must be assigned to the IEEE. Corresponding authors will receive email notifications from IEEE e-copyright form (eCF) system. Please complete and submit copyright forms as instructed in the submission process. If you do not receive any emails from eCF or cannot submit copyright forms, please contact Prof. Carlos Lozano (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance.
To upload the final paper and include your paper into the technical program and the conference proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference at our registration site .Please notice that maximum two papers are allowed per registration (extra papers require an additional conference registration).
